If an event or
performer is cancelled, do I get a refund on my tickets?
If the show is cancelled, you will be issued a refund, excluding
delivery and service fees. Tickets must be brought back to the
Moncton Coliseum Box Office, or returned by mail (see "Contact
Us" for address). If the "supporting artists"
of an event are substituted there are no refunds, exchanges,
or cancellations.
If I don't want
my tickets or am not able to attend the event, can I get a refund?
No, There are no exchanges, refunds or cancellations
permitted, deemed as Policy by the show Promoters and Moncton
Coliseum Complex.
If there's bad
weather reported for the event, am I able to get a refund if
I can't make the show?
Refunds are not given for bad weather unless the event cancels.
Always check the
local weather conditions prior to departing for the event
to ensure a safe driving experience. If the event is cancelled
or postponed due to the weather, you will either receive a refund,
excluding Delivery Fees and Service Fees (for cancelled events),
or requested to stay tuned for the postponed date, at which
time you will be advised what to do with your tickets. If the
event cancels, do not dispose of your tickets, simply return
them to the Coliseum Box Office in person, or return by mail
to receive your refund. (See"Contact
Us" for address)
How
do I get backstage passes?
The Moncton Coliseum Complex does not sell or issue backstage
passes. They are usually given as part of a Radio or Fan Club
promotion. Visit the Artist's website for Fan Club information
and tune into your local radio and television stations for contest
announcements.
Can I bring my
camera or video recorder to an event?
The use of cameras and recording equipment is usually prohibited
by the Promoter for concerts and exhibitions. Some performances
do permit it. Check the Event Schedule
for the information on the event.
Can I bring food,
beverages or snacks to an event?
The Moncton Coliseum has full canteen service and vending machines
available throughout the venue, for most events and a Restaurant
that is open for some Trade Shows and Exhibitions. Outside
beverages or food are not permitted.
Do
you search people coming into an event?
For most events, we have hired security or Police for your protection.
For selected events, there may be a Search and Seizure in progress.
Fans attempting to enter the venue with alcohol or drugs may
be denied entry and have their ticket confiscated, without compensation.
Management reserves the right
to refuse access to the event or evict any person where behavior
is deemed inappropriate.
If
I get hurt at the event, is there First-Aid available?
Yes, we have St. John Ambulance on hand for most events at the
Coliseum. They are located under Section 12 in the Lower Bowl.
Should you get injured while attending an event at the Coliseum,
see the Ushers or Security located within the building. If the
injury is of a serious nature, please inform the Management
of the Coliseum in person or by calling 506-857-4100. The
holder of the ticket assumes any and all liabilities as to the
risks and danger that may result from the event and waives any
claim for loss or damage whatever the cause, incurred or suffered,
whether occurring before, during or after the event.
When
can I get into the venue on an event day?
Doors open for most events 1 hour prior to the event. Doors
open for Trade Shows at the time specified by the Promoter.
I
lost something at the event, where can I go to see if it was
found?
Please call the Moncton Coliseum at 506-857-4100 for lost or
stolen articles, or visit the Administration office located
on the main level of the Coliseum at the Front Entrance.
Is
there sufficient parking at the Moncton Coliseum?
Yes, the Moncton Coliseum has parking spaces for approximately
1800 vehicles. Disability parking is located nearest the main
entrance of the building and are marked accordingly. Come early
to get the best parking.
Can
I smoke in the Moncton Coliseum or Exhibition areas?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited. For most events, you may
be permitted to leave the venue to have a cigarette and return
to the event.
If
I'm under 12 years of age, am I able to attend an event without
my parents or an adult?
All children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by
an adult.

to I buy a Gift Certificate?
You
may purchase Gift Certificates Online, at the Moncton Coliseum
Box Office or by Phone, in any denomination, . You may personalize
your Gift Certificate with a Printed Message to the Recipient.
Am I able to use
redeem my Gift Certificate for any event held at the Coliseum?
Gift Certificates are good for most concerts and events at the
Coliseum, including Moncton Wildcats Regular Season games. Bring
your Gift Certificate to the Box Office to redeem for tickets.
If you have a remaining balance on your Gift Certificate after
your purchase, a new Gift Certificate will be issued with the
remaining value. Gift Certificates have no cash value. They
expire 5 years from date of purchase. You may not redeem Gift
Certificates by Phone, or Online.

Do
I need a special ticket location if I'm disabled?
The Moncton Coliseum is wheelchair
accessible. The Moncton Coliseum has 3 seating locations available
for disabled patrons with a wheelchair. They are located behind
section 4, 8 and 16 of the Coliseum. There are 8 locations available
in each section along with 8 locations for attendees. If you
are in a wheelchair, please arrange to arrive at the venue for
the event, 45 minutes to an hour prior to the start time to
ensure easier access. Disabled patrons and Attendees pay the
regular price of admission. Promoters may grant a discount to
disabled patrons for selected events. When purchasing tickets,
please state that you'd like a ticket in the Wheelchair section.
If you have an Attendant with you, please state that you'd like
an Attendee's ticket in the same section.

What is a Flex
Pack?
A Flex ticket is a ticket without a specific seat assigned to
it. If you have a Flex Ticket, you must redeem it at the Coliseum
Box Office for a ticket and seat to the game. Having a Flex
ticket does not guarantee you a seat for the game. Tickets will
be distributed on a first-come - first-serve basis. Flex tickets
may only be redeemed at the Moncton Coliseum Box Office and
not by phones or Online sales. If you have a large number of
Flex tickets to redeem, please do so during normal Box Office
Hours Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to
2pm.
Am I able to use
my Gift Certificate to redeem for tickets to the Moncton Wildcats
Regular Season games?
Yes, you may use Moncton
Coliseum Gift Certificates to redeem for tickets for Hockey
and selected Concerts, Trade Shows, and Exhibitions. Bring your
Gift Certificate to the Box Office to redeem for tickets. If
